Ductus

Turlev

Turlev 2.jpg
  • Clan: Lasombra
  • Position: Ductus, Priscus
  • Faction: Status Quo (Son)
  • Status: 5 (Positional), 5 (Reputational)
  • Background: Turlev is the second oldest Cainite in New York next to Ecaterina. He is the oldest still active Priscus for the city and is often confused for a Tzimisce. A rumor he does little to dissuade. Turlev is clearly an Eastern European vampire with refined manner and etiquette. He often distance himself from clan matters of the Lasombra to better keep the illusion of his true clan. Among the Sabbat of New York it is considered something of an honor to be granted advice and wisdom from the priscus. He is in fact one of the two personal advisors to the Coordinator himself. A devout follower of the Path of Caine, Turlev tends to pride himself on the legends of nod and using only the gifts caine himseld developed. The names of his packmates reflect the tales of various vampire legends.

Pack Priest

Little Caine

Little Caine 2.jpg
  • Clan: Tzimisce
  • Position: Pack Priest
  • Faction: Status Quo (Son)
  • Status: 2 (Positional), 5 (Reputational)
  • Background: Little Caine takes the appearance of a young man with a boyish face, vibrant green eyes, and flowing black hair that just barely reaches his shoulders. The brocade dress coat and white lace ascot he is so frequently seen wearing identifies him as an individual of refined taste from the old country, the Land Beyond the Forest. Beneath the surface, however, lies an inconsistent and hostile demeanor. Little Caine does nothing to ingratiate himself to those he is not obligated to by right of hospitality, unless failing to do so would bring danger. Dealing with Turlev is one such occasion, and it is the reason he concedes to go by the title of Little Caine to this very night.

Abbott

Forsaken Lion

Forsaken Lion 2.jpg
  • Clan: Brujah antitribu
  • Position: Abbott
  • Faction: Moderates (Marshal)
  • Status: 2 (Positional), 5 (Reputational)
  • Background: A modern addition to Thirst for Blood, Forsaken Lion was targeted by Turlev when he mistook the young man for an old Brujah acquaintance of his as he watched him in a street brawl. His spiky hair, the way he held himself, and his distant, ephemeral eyes, as well as the young man’s boastfulness convinced Turlev, who called in a favor owed to him by Ekaterina the Wise to have him embraced. With Forsaken Lion’s modern streetwise knowhow and the pack’s resources behind him, it was no surprise that he was appointed as Thirst for Blood’s abbot in short order.

Black Heron

Black Heron 2.jpg
  • Clan: Toreador antitribu
  • Position: True Sabbat
  • Faction: Status Quo (Chica)
  • Status: 1 (Positional), 5 (Reputational)
  • Background: The little girl who would become Black Heron was a street urchin. She spent her days and nights scrambling for food and shelter in the seediest places New York has to offer. One evening, she caught the eye of a Toreador Antitribu on the hunt and wound up exsanguinated. What the Toreador didn’t count on was the girl’s tenacity and desperation for survival. On the brink of death, she bit the Cainite and got a mouth full of Vitae for her trouble, instantly embracing herself. When the Toreador, impressed with the girl’s ferocity, brought her back to Esbat, Turlev claimed her immediately upon hearing the story of what had happened. He named her Black Heron, and she had claimed the street corner that once caused her so much trouble ever since.

Silver Prince

Silver Prince 2.jpg
  • Clan: Lasombra
  • Position: True Sabbat
  • Faction: Status Quo (Vato)
  • Status: 1 (Positional), 4 (Reputational)
  • Background: With short black hair and a silver-stitched black dress coat, Silver Prince strikes a somewhat gunslinger’s figure in New York. His silver pistol, an ever present fixture of his clothing, rests against his right hip while the flowing green sash tied around his waist falls off to his left. Turlev himself embraced the young man after one evening of solitude when Silver Prince broke into the Elder’s haven and tried to relieve him of his valuables. Many things in that mansion were but trinkets to the Elder, but when Silver Prince reached for a particular golden locket, Turlev fell upon him like a savage beast, regaining control just quickly enough to embrace him in the aftermath of his murder.
