Sao Paulo Accord
The Sao Paolo Accord, April 26, 2014
Today, brothers and sisters, the Panders, the Tzimizce and the Lasombra came together in a meeting before the formal hours of Ecumenical Council. During a meeting of the Panders, the Lasombra arrived en masse bearing an olive branch, the universal and ancient signal of peace and discusssion. The Tzcimize sent their representative Arch Bishop Jorska and his associates. The Black Hand stood watch embodied in Ainbeartach.
Pander accepted the olive branch, produced by Arch Bishop Van Sant, Arch Bishop King and Arch Bishop Lucas and discussion began; the discussion: The Edicts as produced by the Regent.
As a sect - as a family - both cordial and loud, tense though productive, the meeting of the three groups discussed and agreed on the following points:
Joesph Pander is still a Priscus They would stand united against the elders of their clans, and would be willing to kill these elder members if nesseccary to ensure the freedom of the sect That they would work together as brothers and sisters That there are no second-class members of the sect and as such, Panders can attain all positions within the sect. That the Lasombra support Panders becoming members of the Black Hand That they have decided to host a True Ecumenical Council
This Declaration of Alliance, this Accord reached in Sao Paolo represents the freedom of the Sect. It represents that no matter the clan, history or position, all True Sabbat demand and deserve the freedoms that they work and die for every night. It represents that the truth of what its predecessor soldiers have served is not a lie.
We are one Sword, guided by our Faith, powered by our Blood and driven by our Souls.
Praise Caine.
