2014 Regent Proclamations

• The destruction of the Cardinal and several Archbishops of South America is announced as not supported by the Consistory. It is revealed that members of the Black Hand were involved with the Assassinations. These Assassinations did not have the approval of the Consistory. The Black Hand, represented by Seraph Teresita, accepts this blame and to preserve the peace the Seraph offers herself up for punishment by the Regent. Teresita is then to be publicly punished by the Regent for the crimes of the Black Hand. However, Rogue elements in the Black Hand whisk her away to safety. As a result, the tensions between the Black Hand and Sabbat rise drastically. Rumors begin to spread of an internal conflict among the Black Hand.
• The Regent also commands that the Black Hand shall allow access to a team of overseers to review their loyalty to the Regent and the Sabbat.
• Twice a month all Sabbat shall gather for city wide vaulderies, and all Cardinals are required to vaulderie with the Consistory seasonally.
• Monomacy may not be declared upon those of higher rank then the challenger in the Sabbat.
• All members of the Sabbat shall worship and venerate Caine as the Father of all Vampires.
• The Tablets revealed in September in Montreal, known as the Jericho tablets, are deemed as not heretical.
• The Baharists shall be accepted into the Sabbat, as long as they still accept the importance of Caine and place his leadership above Lilith. It is however accepted that the Dark Mother is equally important to Caine.
• The Consistory shall debate further on changes to the Code of Milan. These changes include:
• All Sabbat shall support the Inquisition
• All Diablerie must be done in front of priest of the sabbat on Path of Caine
• All Blood Mages must submit themselves to the Inquisition for appropriate review.
• The Ecclesiastical Faction is fully recognized as a valid Sabbat entity
• Pander are forbidden from holding any sect position above Bishop
