• Background: A graying old hillbilly in appearance, Father Bronch has existed in New York City, through its many forms, for over two centuries, and from the very night of his embrace his only concern was maintaining the safety and well being of his ‘family’. Of course, since his mortal wife and two daughters had died years before from tuberculosis, he had to find replacements. Over the decades, Father Bronch has grown his family into a cornerstone of New York’s Sabbat urban legends, appearing only rarely when their overgrown, little mansion in the Bronx is threatened, disturbed, or violated.

• Background: Mama Bronch is the epitome of a young, southern wife stretched thin with the responsibilities inherent in raising a family of seven-and-growing. Her duties as a mother mirror her duties as the Bronchs’ pack priest, and she maintains their strict adherence to the Path of the Feral Heart. She prefers to dress in revealing sweatshirts and yoga pants, and more than one poor passerby has been lured off the sidewalk, onto the porch, and through the front door to meet an untimely end. Her relationship with Abby and Tracy is somewhat strained on account of the way she sometimes catches Father Bronch eyeing them.

Abbott

Caleb Bronch

• Background: Caleb Bronch has all the proportions of a lifelong lumberjack. Jeans and flannel are his outfit of choice, and he is never caught without his mesh-back hat. As his pack’s Abbot, the responsibility falls to Caleb to ensure the mansion is up to the task of housing his family, and that means Caleb has picked up a rather sizable repertoire of handyman techniques over the years. He can often be seen carrying around a big red toolbox, which he handles with ease. His favorite tool is an oversized claw hammer Tracy got him as a birthday present one year, and he uses it for everything he can manage.

• Background: Abby Bronch is a rather petite, blond young woman who appears to be in her early twenties. She has a fascination with cars, and can frequently be seen wandering the mansion in overalls and splattered with oil or blood. While her tomboyish nature keeps her from dressing traditionally, that is not to say that she doesn’t know how to look appealing when she wants to, and Mama Bronch has noticed on occasion how Father Bronch will disappear into the attached garage every now and then. This has led to a somewhat chilly atmosphere around the two women, but Abby sees no reason why she should care about what Mama thinks.

Ned Bronch

• Background: Ned Bronch is the crazy uncle of the Bronchs. He’s very reclusive, and even the Bronchs themselves rarely see him come out of his room. While Ned feeds on mortals, the same as the rest of his family, he has a twisted interest in small animals. The Bronchs can sometimes hear the screeching, howling, and moaning of animals in distress coming from Ned’s room, which he has gone to great lengths to soundproof from the rest of the house. Exactly what Ned does with the animals once he is done with them is a mystery to the rest of the family, as he is only ever seen bringing animals in, not out.

Tracy Bronch

• Background: Tracy Bronch is the classic older sister of the Bronch family. There is frequent bickering between her and Abby, though it rarely evolves into full scale conflict, and the relationship between her and Mama Bronch has been tenuous ever since Mama caught Tracy and Father Bronch together in the basement. Tracy’s passion has always been body art, and she uses Vicissitude to create beautiful and vibrant masterpieces all over her body, only to erase them the following night and create new ones. Ever since she learned to use her flesh as a tattoo etch-a-sketch, Tracy has never been seen with the same tattoo two nights in a row.

Jacob Bronch

• Background: Jacob Bronch can best be described as a gardener. He has a green thumb, oddly for a Cainite, and puts it to use cultivating flowers, vines, hedges, and shrubberies all over their mansion property. Jacob sleeps up in the tall tower of the haven, where he claims to have a better view of his work. In recent years, Jacob has begun leaving for longer and longer lengths of time, sometimes not even coming back before sunrise. It is odd that Father Bronch doesn’t scold him for not making it back to the haven by daybreak, but the rest of the pack lets it slide, knowing full well that if Father Bronch gives it a pass, then it must be for good reason.
