Ductus

Schuyler Kincaid

Schulyer 2.jpg
  • Clan: Toreador antitribu
  • Position: Ductus
  • Faction: Ultra-Conservative (Lieutenant)
  • Status: 2 (Positional), 5 (Reputational)
  • Background: When Shuyler Kincaid left the bookstore one evening after purchasing yet another copy of Sun Tsu’s the Art of War, she had no way of knowing that she’d been targeted by a bored member of the Sabbat’s Ultra-Conservative faction looking to ease that boredom by raising a new warrior for the Sword. Though her slender feminine figure belied her tactical ingenuity, anyone who looked into her dark, wild eyes instantly knew that she was no lilting daisy. These nights, Shuyler spends her evenings faithfully cultivating the Ultra-Conservatives’ resources, tending to any weakness she discovers therein, and levying debates of strategy with the Faction’s more established members. While the pack she founded, the Double Edges, isn’t entirely composed of Ultra-Conservative members, its members all march to her tune.

Pack Priest

Tara Darasz

Tara2.jpg
  • Clan: Serpent of the Light
  • Position: Pack Priest
  • Faction: Moderates (Comrade)
  • Status: 2 (Positional), 5 (Reputational)
  • Background: The leather corset, elbow length gloves, and knee-high boots would put any member of the Sabbat in mind of a Toreador Antitribu or a Lasombra, but few would guess Tara Darasz’s Serpent blood. By the time her sire had gotten her alone, Tara’s abstract and intuitive mind had already deduced his true nature, though not his intentions. Put off by her startling insight into his identity, her sire meant to leave before Tara’s inquisitive demeanor drew him back in. Let him say what he wishes, but it was Tara who convinced him to embrace her. While she could not know what lay in wait for her on the other side of the night, her curiosity wouldn’t let her leave well enough alone.

Abbott

Lea Dufour

Lea 2.jpg
  • Clan: Tzimisce
  • Position: Abbott
  • Faction: Ultra-Conservative (Sergeant)
  • Status: 2 (Positional), 5 (Reputational)
  • Background: No one knows if the petite figure sporting a hot pink pixie cut is Lea Dufour’s real appearance or not. All she will say on the subject is that it fits with her preferred fashion choice of loose, frilly clothing and her eyebrow piercings. Her bubbly, dynamic, and trusting attitude got her mixed up with the wrong people one evening after a night of clubbing, and she was accidentally drained dry. Displeased with their lack of self-control, her sire embraced her as a way to make amends in their own mind. Now, her highly social demeanor goes a long way in her service to the Double Edges as their pack Abbott.

Other Members

Camille Laurent

Camille 2.jpg
  • Clan: Toreador antitribu
  • Position: True Sabbat
  • Faction: Ultra-Conservative (Sergeant)
  • Status: 1 (Positional), 4 (Reputational)
  • Background: Camille Laurent’s decisive yet miserly attitude was perhaps the largest contributing factor to why she was embraced. Her sire, a melancholic blacksmith from Rome, was looking to cultivate a companion to save him from his sadness, but what he got was an independent and ungrateful childe who wanted nothing to do with him. After fleeing to America she rode each wave of fashion trends, always a few decades behind, and is currently neck deep in revealing lace clothing. Primary among her wardrobe is a black lace veil and a garnet pendant that she is never seen without.

Nadine Lambert

Nadine 2.jpg
  • Clan: Tzimisce
  • Position: True Sabbat
  • Faction: Moderates (Comrade)
  • Status: 1 (Positional), 3 (Reputational)
  • Background: After being discovered by an insane Tzimisce elder who felt her traditional ballroom beauty meant for certain that she needed to be embraced, Nadine Lambert was stalked and tormented for over two years until her own sanity was worn away. The only qualities of who she once used to be are her straightforward and emotional nature, and the thoroughness with which she approaches every subject she decides to involve herself with. Since her embrace, her sire has kept an overprotective watch over Nadine to ensure that she does not use Vicissitude to mar what they consider to be ‘perfect’ features, and the occasions where they have caught her doing so have been met with unstable fits of mania.
