Ductus

Prince of Paupers

Prince of Paupers.jpg
  • Clan: Tzimisce
  • Position: Ductus
  • Faction: Loyalist (Rebel)
  • Status: 2 (Positional), 5 (Reputational)
  • Background: The Prince of Paupers is perhaps one of the most influential Cainites among New York City’s homeless population. Where other vampires see only feeding stock and play things, the Prince recognizes them as an invaluable intelligence resource. There is hardly anywhere in New York that doesn’t have a homeless presence, and this permeation of society is what keeps him so in-step with the goings on of the city. Those same homeless also provide a steady stream of excess flesh for the Prince’s eerie and perverse experimentations, which he performs as part of his attempts to understand whether his Clan’s practices bear any connection with the forces of Hell as his packmate has suggested.

Pack Priest

The Countess

The Countess.jpg
  • Clan: Toreador Antitribu
  • Position: Pack Priest
  • Faction: Loyalist (Rebel)
  • Status: 2 (Positional), 4 (Reputational)
  • Background: The Countess comes from common stock. She was a lady of the night, and not a very impressive one at that, until she was embraced as part of a Toreador Antitribu’s revenge against her former pimp. The talents of her Clan came quickly to her, and she turned them back on the only life she had ever known, the streets. Now, she controls a majority of the street-corner companionship in Queens and uses them both as a patrol of her pack’s territory and as a source of income and feeding. Occasionally, she will take to the streets herself, imitating her former profession and toying with whichever unfortunate human follows her down dark alleyways.

Abbott

Silas

Silas.jpg
  • Clan: Salubri Antitribu
  • Position: Abbott
  • Faction: Loyalist (Rebel)
  • Status: 2 (Positional), 2 (Reputational)
  • Background: Silas was one of the Salubri Antitribu's premier historians. He was captured and interrogated by the Tzimisce of the Blackfoot pack and revealed to them that the fabled war between the Salubri and the Baali was a falsehood; a coverup to hide their shame. The real enemy of the Salubri clan was the Tzimisce, who allied themselves with Kupala.

According to Silas, Samiel and between 7 to 15 of his Warriors took up arms against the Tzimisce Antediluvian, believing the grand fiend's clan was part of a demonic partnership with the forces of Hell. Samiel attacked the Eldest's haven and slaughtered the fiend with "righteous fire".

Black Coyote

Black Coyote.jpg
  • Clan: Country Gangrel
  • Position: Sister
  • Faction: Loyalist (Rebel)
  • Status: 1 (Positional), 2 (Reputational)
  • Background: Black Coyote is a mysterious member of Bloodfoot, even to and by the standards of its other pack members. She pulled up on her motorcycle one night while the rest of the pack was pitching a fairly even fight against a nomadic pack during Palle Grande. The fight didn’t remain even for long, as Black Coyote leapt into the fray on Bloodfoot’s side, and the tide quickly turned in their favor from there. She rode back to the pack haven with them, and they unanimously welcomed her in where she has been a loyal Sister ever since. Her feral beauty sometimes gives the Countess pause, and she doesn’t speak much. Even ‘Black Coyote’ is a title the pack gave her, in lieu of knowing her real name.
